These Legal Terms govern the use of our website, the purchase of our Products, and your relationship with Size Assets. They apply in addition to the specific Licensing Agreement you receive with your purchase, which defines how the Products may be used.
Products: Digital design assets, templates, or files offered through our website.
License: The right to use a Product under the terms set out in the
Licensing Agreement.
Customer: Any individual or entity purchasing or accessing our Products.
This license is perpetual for the use cases permitted under the purchased tier.
The license is granted only upon, and in consideration of, our receipt of payment in full of the correct price for the applicable tier. No license, and no right to download, access, or use any Product, arises for any order for which full payment has not been received, including any order completed at €0.00 other than a Product we have expressly designated as free. Any access obtained without a valid, paid license is unauthorised.
You may not:
Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or make our Products available on stock platforms, marketplaces, or similar distribution channels.
Use our Products in any way that infringes intellectual property rights, violates applicable law, or is harmful, deceptive, or misleading.
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security or digital rights management features of our website or Products.
Manipulate, circumvent, or interfere with the pricing, quantity, cart, checkout, payment, or order-processing functions of our website, whether through the interface, an API, automated tools, or otherwise.
Exploit any error, bug, or vulnerability to obtain a Product, access, or license without paying the correct price.
Access or attempt to access Products or downloads for which a valid, paid license has not been granted.
All prices are listed in the Euro (symbol: €; currency code: EUR) and may be subject to VAT or other applicable taxes.
Payment is processed securely via our third-party payment providers.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing details.
Your submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute our acceptance of it. A binding contract is formed only once we have received payment in full of the correct price and made the Product available to you. We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order before that point, including where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, unauthorised access, a pricing or technical error, or a breach of these Terms.
All Products are offered for sale at a price greater than zero. An order cannot be validly placed or completed at a total of €0.00 unless a Product is expressly designated by us as free. We reserve the right to cancel, void, or refuse any order where the price is €0.00 or is otherwise manifestly incorrect as a result of a technical fault, system error, configuration error, or manipulation of the ordering process, even after an order confirmation has been issued. In such cases no contract of sale is formed, any delivery already made is provisional, and we may revoke access to the affected Products. Where an incorrect price has actually been paid, your sole remedy is a refund of the amount paid.
Upon successful payment, Products are delivered digitally via email download link and account access. No physical items are shipped.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds are only granted in the event of a technical error originating from us that cannot be resolved after reasonable support. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
All Products and content on this website are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Except as expressly licensed, no rights are transferred to you. Size Assets retains all ownership.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Size Assets is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Product in question.
We may suspend or revoke your license, download access, and/or account, in whole or in part, with immediate effect and without refund, where:
(a) full payment of the correct price has not been received, or a payment is reversed, charged back, or fails;
(b) an order was completed at €0.00 or at a manifestly incorrect price due to a technical fault, system error, or manipulation;
(c) we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, unauthorised access, or manipulation of our website or its ordering process; or
(d) you are in breach of these Terms or the Licensing Agreement.
Revocation under this clause terminates all rights to use the affected Products with immediate effect, and you must cease all use and delete all copies. This remedy is in addition to any other rights or remedies available to us at law. We log ordering and account activity and may rely on these logs as evidence.
We reserve the right to request reasonable evidence of compliance with our Licensing Terms. This may include, but is not limited to, confirming the scope of use and project applications. We will always make such requests in good faith and with respect for your privacy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of EU. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Croatia.
