Size Assets Licensing Agreement

This Licensing Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of digital assets (“Assets”) made available through the Size Assets digital store (“Size Assets,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing, downloading, or using any Asset from Size Assets, you (“Licensee,” “you”) agree to the following terms.

License Tiers

We offer three types of licenses based on your usage context:

01 — Individual License

Intended for: Solo creators and freelancers

Team size: 1 person
Number of projects: Unlimited
Client work: Allowed
Use in: Websites, social media, ads, branding, and all online digital channels (excluding TV)

Restrictions:
No use in design systems, templates, or libraries.
No resale or redistribution (standalone or modified).
No use in NFTs, AI training datasets, or blockchain-based systems.

02 —Commercial License

Intended for: Design teams, small studios, or businesses.

Team size: Up to 5 people
Number of projects: Unlimited
Client work: Allowed
Use in: Websites, social media, ads, branding, and all online digital channels (excluding TV)

Restrictions:
No use in design systems, templates, or libraries.
No resale or redistribution (standalone or modified).
No use in NFTs, AI training datasets, or blockchain-based systems.

03 — Commercial+ License

Intended for: Larger teams, agencies, or organizations.

Team size: Up to 20 people
Number of projects: Unlimited
Client work: Allowed
Use in: Websites, social media, ads, branding, and all online digital channels (excluding TV)

Restrictions:
No use in design systems, templates, or libraries.
No resale or redistribution (standalone or modified).
No use in NFTs, AI training datasets, or blockchain-based systems.

04 — Corporate license & custom use cases

If your usage is exceeds any of the tier conditions above, if you’re a large organization or have a custom use case (Resale, AI, NFT. block-chain), please contact us at info@size-assets.com to arrange a separate agreement.

Duration

All licenses are perpetual for the purchased version.
Updates to assets require a new download or license.

Client Transfer

Licenses may be transferred to clients as part of a project or deliverable, regardless of license tier.

• You may use the assets for any number of clients or projects, provided that each client receives a valid license.
• Upon delivery, the license transfers to the client, who must comply with the terms of the original license tier — including team size and usage limits.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct tier is purchased based on the client’s size.

Prohibited Uses (All Tiers)

Use in design systems, UI kits, or templates intended for redistribution.
Use in or as part of NFTs or other blockchain-based assets.
Use to train AI or machine learning models.
Sub-licensing, redistribution, or resale of the original file.

Minor alterations, remixes, or partial extraction of elements from our products does not constitute original work. All use remains bound by this agreement unless substantially transformed into new creative work that does not replicate the purpose, structure, or market value of the original.

Compliance & Audit

We reserve the right to audit usage to ensure compliance. We may request proof of project use or team/client association if abuse is suspected.

Revocation & Enforcement

In the event of a breach, we reserve the right to revoke the license immediately. The user must delete all copies of the asset and cease further use.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds unless:

• You experience a technical issue that renders the asset unusable,
• And our team is unable to resolve it after contacting support within 14 days of purchase.

Attribution

Attribution is not required but always appreciated. 🙂
